THIS IS A WINTER RENTAL Beautiful, furnished ocean front condo available at Baywood Colony for a 3-6 month WINTER RENTAL. Move-in and move-out dates are somewhat flexible but available now through 5/12/24. If you are looking for a quiet home for the winter right on the ocean, this is the place for you. Sit on our bunker and enjoy the sunrise, the sunset or watch the full moon rise and shine over the ocean. This 3 level home offers a master bedroom with adjoining full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms that share a 3/4 bath that are all located on the second floor. The very spacious 4th bedroom is located on the third floor with a private 3/4 bath and cozy sitting area. There is space in the basement for storage also. A viewing of the property can be arranged after an initial contact and after an application has been submitted and reviewed. Water, sewer, landscaping and snow removal are all included in the rent but all other utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Absolutely no pets, no smoking and only 2 cars will be allowed on the property. These items are non-negotiable. This is a small and quiet complex with condos close together so I am looking for a tenant who will be respectful of that and follow the condo rules. A list of those rules will be part of the lease that will also need to be signed. They can be found at the end of the gallery of photos for you to look at in advance. First months rent plus security deposit of $3000 will be due at signing.
