**This is a one year lease beginning Dec 2023 or Jan 2024** 1950's ranch with loft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, den, and large back room currently doubling as playroom/laundry area, fenced-in-backyard in quiet, family-friendly Marlin Hills addition near N. Walnut and Old State Rd 37. Pet is negotiable. Home includes appliances- washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. This lease agreement is limited to a family of 5 or 2 individuals/roommates- both on lease agreement. Pet(s) may be considered w/ pet deposit and fee at landlord's discretion and in compliance with Bloomington's Housing Authority. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and must place utilities (gas, water, electricity, garbage) in their own name before starting lease. Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance which includes mowing, and appropriate yard maintenance to prevent overgrowth- keeping consistent with home's exterior upon acceptance of lease agreement.
