Due to the size this would be a good home for a couple, a single individual, or a retiree. Applicants monthly income needs to be three times the monthly rent and no evictions within the last three years. First month rent $1,100, last month rent $1,100 and a security deposit $1,000 is required before move in ($3,200). Tenant must make 3 times the monthly rent ($3,300) to be eligible for the unit. Landlord will not rent to any tenants who has had an eviction within the last three years. This unit is small, a maximum of 3 people may live in this unit. Renters pay all utilities. No smoking inside the units. No pets allowed. Only two parking spaces.
