Build your dream vacation. Our Sand Castle is 2954 sq ft. and steps to the sand. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths to accommodate our expected and unexpected guests. A rustic cobblestone fireplace is the perfect space to cozy up for a movie or posture for a competitive game of Scrabble. There is no formal clock tower in our castle, but a small outdoor clock on the back patio reminding our guests to unwind. The large gourmet kitchen is equipped for hosting a party of 10 guests. If you prefer, we can recommend chefs in the area that will cook for you! Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and build your own sand castle. Furnished vacation rental. Minimum 30 night rental. Owner requires a mid-month housecleaning service. The move-out and mid-month cleanings will be included in the quote provided by Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals. Pet friendly: Must be non-shedding and weighing no more than 45 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $225 per month will be added to the total rent fee. Rent includes utilities. The owner provides a generous usage allowance on electrical, gas, water and internet service. Should the renter exceed the consumable allowance, the renter is responsible for the difference.
