If you're looking for a cozy beach retreat, a place you can relax and dig your toes into the sand, Sandy Toes Retreat is your extended stay beach home. This charming 2 bedroom duplex is located in a highly sought after Shell Beach neighborhood. The beach vibe starts when you enter the living room. The duplex is full of natural light and has tile and wood floors throughout. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathrooms between bedrooms. The home has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. In the well-appointed kitchen, you can prepare dinner in the spacious kitchen. If you'd prefer, why not eat out in one of the many neighborhood restaurants, several within walking distance. There is a stacking washer and dryer tucked into the kitchen area. Sandy Toes Retreat is located just 3 homes to the sand and surf. The best is yet to come when you take a short walk to the corner and end up by the beautiful sea, overlooking an outstanding coast line and taking in unbelievable evening sunsets. When you're ready to pick up the pace, you will find the area full of wonderful wineries, parks, golf courses, farmers markets and activities designed to make your vacation a great one. The possibilities are endless! Suitability: Couples getaway, single story, off-street parking for 2 autos, steps to the walking path and beach, no smoking. Occupancy is 2 guests with occasional overnight guests not to exceed 4 occupants. Owner will consider 1 dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. There is a $225/per month non-refundable pet fee. (Larger dog breeds such as retrievers do not meet the pet policy because of size and coat shedding). Strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance minimum 30+ night rental. The owner will consider a rental period up to 12 months. Utilities are included (there is a posted utility allowance). Should renter exceed usable allowance, renter is responsible for difference. Utilities include: water, gas, electric and WiFi. This is a month-to-month agreement. One (1) small dog will be considered. There is a $225 pet fee. Dog must be under 45 pounds, non-shedding. No smoking. there is carport parking and driveway parking for 2 autos. The cost of rental is rent + move-out clean + mid-month cleaning + property damage insurance ($29).
