The Stone Gate Patio Homes were brand new in 2022. These beautiful patio homes are located in a popular neighborhood near the new St Cloud Tech High School, with quick access to HWY 15 and I94 too. They offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a private bath and walk in closet. The great room is wide open with a vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace. The homes have white millwork and doors, and luxury vinyl plank flooring with carpet in the bedrooms and living room. They have optional access to the neighborhood pool during the summer.
