There is a 30 day notice required by renter or landlord for vacating the property. If property is not left in the same condition that it was rented in, any damages to property and/or furnishings will be taken out of the security deposit including excess cleaning fees. Tenant will be responsible for removing snow from sidewalk and driveway in the winter.
