We had a party of 12 including everyone from ages 2 to 77 (not to mention a puppy) and the house was comfortable for all. The bedrooms are very spacious and have a private feel to them. There are enough bathrooms for no one to ever have to wait. The description of the home does not do it justice. It has a very cozy feel while being super modern. Our stay was in the dead of winter and we still got to enjoy the vast outdoor space because of the setup. I can only imagine how great it would be in warmer months. Our host went above and beyond in communicating with us and anticipating all of our needs, even though we were there during a holiday and she could've claimed to have been busy with her own family.
