The entire house is ready for long or short term stays. We offer a smart TV in the large living room. One king sized bed and the second room has a queen bed. The full kitchen is completely stocked so you can come & enjoy our terrific restaurants or choose to create your own masterpieces. You can even enjoy your lunch or dinner on the back porch. The house is in a small subdivision. You have a one car garage & two more parking spots in the driveway. No street parking. Near fabulous restaurants. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet - no wipes flushable or otherwise. The pipes cannot tolerate wipes and it will result in a plumber coming to the property with the guest being billed. Non shedding dogs under 20 pounds allowed. No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, weed, or vaping. This is a short term rental, fully furnished, all utilities. Flexible lease terms. Small dogs considered.
