House is completely decorated and furnished as shown in pictures, including smart TV, desk, couch, dining table, 5 queen beds (in separate rooms), 1 single bed. All utilities including water, electric, gas, and wi-fi are inlcuded in monthly price. This is intended as a mid term lease (typically 1+ month, and less than 1 year) but we are flexible to accomodate different situations as this home has also been used as a successful Airbnb with great reviews. Small pets may be considered for additional fee as well, please inquire!
