House is completely decorated and furnished as shown in pictures, including smart TV, couch, dining table, 1 king bed, and 4 queen beds. All utilities including water, electric, gas, and wi-fi are inlcuded in monthly price. This is intended as a mid term lease (typically 1+ month, and less than 1 year) but we are flexible to accomodate different situations as this home has also been used as a successful Airbnb with great reviews. Small pets may be considered for additional fee as well, please inquire!
