Not doing so will delay the process, 6) Zillow will send the landlord your application along with a credit and background check, 7) If you meet the criteria, the landlord or a member of our team, will give you a call to schedule a time to preview the property, 8) After seeing the property, if you want to move forward with renting it you can provide a $250 deposit to hold it for you. A receipt will be provided (no scams), 9) The lease will be put together and signed by all parties. 10)Applicants who do not follow these steps are automatically disqualified.
