You will be renting the 2 bedroom apartment that has its full kitchen and bathroom that has private entrance and ocean view. The unit is connected to the multi-million 8 bedroom main house thru a walkway / laundry room and bathroom (common area). The unit has independent AC, water heater, and thermostat, stove, microwave , refrigerator. Washer and dryer are located in the common area, which you can use. Tons of off-street parking spaces, but no garage space nor garage access. Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room, which is a commonly shared area that you may use. Pets are welcome, a one time non-refundable $500 pet fee per pet. The rent rate is based on a 6 month lease term. The place is ready immediately and cleaned. Lawn care is also included and maintained by the landlord It is a 6 month lease. Move in requires Pro-Rated first month, Pro-Rated last month's rent and Security deposit. Security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease term; last month's rent can only apply towards last month. Utilities cost (Trash, Water and Electricity) are shared. Nonrefundable application fee is $29 per applicant
