We run a background check as well. Tenant insurance is required. All applicants with animals are required to register their animals through https theeliteteam.petscreening.com. Pet increases monthly rent by $35.00 and Deposit by $250. These provisions are per pet. Not uploading/providing requested documents will cause a significant delay in processing application(s).
