The master bedroom has a full walk in closet and the spare room has a standard sliding door closet. UNIT B is our most popular unit at $1,195 a month. This unit is the same layout as unit A, but has a smaller living room and an island in the kitchen. With the smaller living room space however, you have more closet space with one full walk in closet in each room. UNIT C EXP is our largest unit and only available on the 2nd and 3rd floor. This unit features a massive 19'2" x 15'11" living room for any family's needs. The kitchen has loads of countertop space and the bedrooms are next to each other down the hallway. Each of these bedrooms has a sliding closet. UNIT C is our smallest unit at $1,175 a month. This units layout is identical to our largest unit, C Exp, with the exception of the kitchen and living room size. Tenants are only responsible for the electric.
