Hi Folks! I'm looking for a great tenant to rent my lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in the West Side neighborhood of KC. It comes FULLY FURNISHED with all of the furniture, beds, and kitchenware in the photos. The house is best suited for a couple or a max of 2 roommates. The house is really lovely. Each of the 2 bedrooms are on the larger side and the living spaces (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room) are all really good sized. The house comes fully furnished with high end finishes, top end beds and bedding, and the coolest mid-century modern design theme you'll find in KC. We are flexible on the lease term. Anything from 1 month to 1 year is an option. Feel free to email me with any questions you might have and to schedule a viewing. I'm open to both short term and longer term leases. I will run a credit check and also speak with references, so only good candidates need apply. Owner pays all utilities! Small dogs are fine. We offer flexible lease terms as short as 30 days and as long as 1 year!
