The house is currently furnished, planning to rent unfurnished but we can discus your needs. No carpeting - only hardwood and tile throughout. Must be age 25+ to sign rental contract. No smoking allowed indoors. Note that there is no garage parking as I am using that space for storage. Washer/ drier is in basement, other than that there are not a lot of steps- it's mostly 1 level with a drop kitchen and 3 steps to come inside. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Yard maintenance is included in rent unless tenants request to do so, in which case a discount will be given for rent. Dogs and cats re allowed and require an additional pet fee of $25 / month per animal and a $100 deposit per animal. Please ask about any other pets.
