Rental Registration #: 22-1,525 This beautiful house was fully renovated in 2020. The first floor is ideal for entertaining with an open concept. Relax by the double sided fireplace or sit in the sunroom and watch the stars. The back yard has a private heated pool and a hot tub. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and French doors that open to the back yard. The backyard was completely renovated in 2022 with a brand new 32 x 12 pool, and enormous deck with a built in bench, eating area, sunbathing area and an 8 person HOT TUB! There. is also a beautifully finished basement with a bar, game room and huge tv area. There is also a desk so you can work from home and a queen pull out couch for extra guests. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed which opens to the double sided fireplace, the other features two twin xl beds. The twin bedroom also has a desk. The home has an attached two car garage where one stall will be available. The home is also stocked with several bikes, corn-hole, kadima, tennis racquets, poker set, beach chairs, several puzzles and games, as well as a gas grill. The television is a smart tv with several options for watching your favorites! Towels and household linens are provided.The home is located within Clearwater Beach Association which offers a private community beach and recreation area. There is a calm beach with lifeguards in season, a playground, grill and sitting area, marina, basketball and bocce. Our favorite thing though is Gerard's Drive which is a lovely walk from the house. Gerard's Drive is a peninsula that culminates in a point that has views that are hard to beat. The point is absolutely breathtaking for walks, fishing, swimming, paddle boarding Within an 8 minute drive there is the East Hampton Youth Park with has a skate park, tennis, track, and a playground for kids, then directly across the street there are town tennis courts that can be used free of charge. East Hampton and Amagansett ocean beaches are a quick drive (about 12 minutes- 5 miles) away and so fabulous! Personally we adore Atlantic Beach where the lunch shack has some of the best food around! Paddle Diva, on Three Mile Harbor, has paddle boards and other water sports equipment for rent or lessons. Three Mile Harbor Marina has boats for rent if you want to get out on the water. There is a phenomenal farmers market right in the neighborhood each Saturday morning. The Springs in known for being the home of Jackson Pollock and his home has been made into a museum which you can tour. We spend our days enjoying the huge amount of activities in the area and then love to zip into town for some fabulous shopping and dinners! I think I could write for paragraphs about the shopping and food in East Hampton, but I think that goes without saying!NOTE: The entire backyard is fenced in and there are alarms on the doors that lead to the yard, however the pool does not have a fence directly around it. For this reason, I do not feel that it is a good rental for families with very young children. Pets allowed dependent upon the individual pet. Pets considered.
