Relax on the wrap around mahogany deck with a fire pit and un-obscured ocean views, separate comfortable seating and dining areas, indoor/outdoor Sonos and a telescope to view the ocean, the stars and the Whales! The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area and living room with ocean views from the entire floor and 12' sliding glass doors that open to the large, ocean facing wrap around deck. The living room and master bedroom have fireplaces, 4K HD TVs and multi-zone Sonos. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with ocean views and 1 bath while the lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom with Jacuzzi, laundry room and a family/TV area that opens up to additional parking and a bluestone patio. The enclosed back yard has a shower, bike and beach storage, a 6 person hot tub, a new high end BBQ and a wagon for beach essentials. Ocean beach access is only yards away via the maintained private path directly in front of our house. Dogs are considered. House sleeps up to 6 adults and 4 children.
