It is a super convenient space to make a pretty drive to Hays along Old 40 or get to the scenic Post Stone Road on Wilson Lake: This cozy little place is close to everything in Russell County, great for remote contract work. Medical professionals can bike to Russell Regional Hospital or drive to Hays Medical Center in 30 minutes. Walk to Klema Market, Liquor Station. Bike to Main Street and Waudby's. There is 3 Month Minimum which would ideally start as close to Winter Solstice as possible. (Pipes need to stay warm). Monthly rental only through Zillow. However, you can also can book shorter term stays at "Little House on the Prairie" of Russell, KS directly through Airbnb. All guests will need to fill out an application, sign a lease, and provide proof of identity in the form of state issued photo identification. This private little place is perfect for short term work assignments, remote work, relocation, etc. Furnished Rental: Includes, Sealy Posturepedic, pots and pans, dishes, sheets, towels, stacked washer dryer, shower (no tub). There is a hot plate induction stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave (no oven at this time but negotiable with the right lease). Backyard to walk pets. DOG FRIENDLY: NO SMOKING INSIDE!
