This fully furnished cabin located halfway between the swimming pool and playground is perfect for a small family (max of four occupants) with up to two small dogs (no other animals). Located within the Harris County School District, the bus will pick your kids up and drop them off just around the corner of your home. Fully furnished with 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, dining room and living room furniture, fully furnished kitchen, AND washer & dryer in the home. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace during the winter and the private porch all year round! Occupancy Applications MUST be filled out at the office which is located at 14475 GA Hwy 18 Pine Mountain, Ga 31822 12 month lease. Must be min of 25 years of age. Small dogs only- no other pets. All utilities included- water, internet, cable, trash pick up, grounds keeping, maintenance, and 24 hour security- with the exception of electric.
