We will always refund your deposit in a timely manner once the property is checked.Home Truths:-If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $50/night fee.-This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. There is a strict zero tolerance excessive noise policy at this home that if violated, will result in immediate removal from the home.-Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home.-Landscaping, pool company, and pest control maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule.Parking Details:-Garage for 2 cars with Tesla/EV charger.Disclaimers:As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $150 charge. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.
