The entry level great room features an open-concept design with amazing views, dining for 8 and room for the whole family to gather in the living room in front of the cozy fireplace and large HDTV. There is even a desk for those who might need to check and email or two. The remodeled gourmet kitchen has everything a discerning chef desires - top of the line stainless steel appliances, a copper-top bar, alder flooring, and cabinets with great lighting. The huge master bedroom provides water views and has a gas fireplace with lounge chairs - the perfect private retreat. This room also has a large HDTV and Tempurpedic California King sized bed. The 2 guest rooms (upstairs) include a California King plush mattress and a queen size bed. The 3 full bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with glass, tile, and granite. The master bath includes a shower with a custom glass design that you will never forget. The 2nd upstairs hall bath features a convenient walk-in shower, shared by the upstairs guest bedrooms. The full bath downstairs has a tub/shower combo. The boat dock is available for 2 boats or personal watercrafts. It can accommodate 1 boat up to 30' and another up to 24'. Plus, you have access to the private amenities in the Tahoe Keys including the marina and restaurant, a year-round indoor lap pool, outdoor pool, private beach and pier, basketball and tennis courts, kids play area, and volleyball courts. Note: Use of the Tahoe Keys amenities requires the purchase of a daily or weekly pass. The fee can be paid during your visit at the TKPOA office. The backyard fire pit is decorative and not safe for use. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). This home does not have air conditioning. For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. We are dedicated to protecting our guests & neighbors from bothersome levels of noise & too many vehicles. This home is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant & monitors decibel levels in living areas & outside to protect you from noise complaints. This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety & security. We do not permit any video security devices inside. Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement. Occupant must provide valid credit card, ID, and agree to credit check. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
