Long term renters only, please inquire with specific dates. BEACH RETREAT Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch, overlooking the lake before taking a bike ride down Lakeshore Drive. Curl up with a great book in the reading room or play a round of ping pong in the beach drop basement before spending the day at the beach! Our home comes with a lily pad, paddle board, 8 beach chairs, 15 beach towels, and loads of beach toys. A fully equipped large kitchen is perfect for meal prep or all-day grazing, and the large kitchen table and back porch offer plenty of places to enjoy meals. End your day with a glass of wine on the roof deck, watching the sunset over the lake. On clear days we get great views of Chicago! When it's time to rest, the 5 bedrooms are finished with Serena & Lily bedding and blackout drapes. Great option to work from this home remotely! 1 gig internet, peloton, great privacy over winter months. GUEST ACCESS The full house will be yours! There are a few closets that are locked as the owners' closets, but there's a large walk-in closet in the Primary Bedroom, several additional closets and several dressers. Renter pays utilities
