Patio with motorized retractable awning off kitchen for indoor/outdoor living and alfresco dining. Within a short walk to club house, pro shop, pools and recreation center. Garage. The kitchen features new high-end European Miele appliances (steam/convection combo oven, induction cooktop, range hood), Breville super-convection oven with airfry and toasting capabilities, microwave with smart inverter and sensor technology, Keurig coffee maker, appliance garage with heavy duty blender, and more. We have a whole house water conditioner that provides soft, clean and healthy water to every tab inside and outside the house. No need to filter any further or purchase bottled water! GOLF CART INCLUDED which can legally be driven on all roads within SaddleBrooke, many of which have golf cart lanes. Ditch the car and enjoy the warm open air while driving the golf cart to all of the amenities (golf, pools, dining, entertainment, pickle ball, tennis, ping pong, dancing, mini mart, ... ) Wheelchair access to the main house is possible although not perfect. Our backyard is totally private with stunning views of the Catalina Mountains and lush vegetation of the adjacent fairways down in a dip without any disturbance from golfers or stray balls. Due to its setting within undisturbed nature, you will see an abundance of wildlife, including quail, roadrunner, deer, hummingbird, ... -- and even the occasional bobcat coming by for a visit. The oversize garage includes a golf cart bay. Use of the golf cart is complimentary. One of the two bays may store our personal car with one space left for yours. The stand-alone Casita has its own bathroom. Main house is 1,834sf plus Casita of approx. 300sf. The king bed in the master is equipped with a high-end memory foam mattress. The queen in the Casita is a European-style bed with a full memory foam mattress that is a bit less firm than the master. The queen in the guest bedroom has a foam topper that makes it the least firm for a softer sleeping experience. Our guests have often requested information on where they can purchase our furniture for their own homes. There is a 65" Smart-HDTV in the family/kitchen area and a 45" one in the master bedroom, both with a wealth of Internet-streamed channels (Netflix, etc.) in addition to HD satellite programming. The 45" Smart-HDTV in the Casita offers the same streaming capabilities but has no regular TV programming. Rental rate includes all utilities and amenities, incl. Internet access and nearby recreation centers (exercise equipment, pools, hot tub, steam room) usage. We'll provide you with a guest card for golf privileges on all of the private SaddleBrooke golf courses (standard member rates apply). GUEST ACCESS You have full and unrestricted access to the entire property -- main house, Casita, outdoor patios, garage, golf cart. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE (1) OF THE TWO GARAGE SPACES IS AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE! INTERACTION WITH GUESTS In most cases, one of us or a relative will be there for you -- during check-in/-out and throughout your stay whenever there is a need. In any case, you can always reach us by phone or via text messaging. If we are not available to check you in, we will provide self-check-in instructions and call you as soon as you have settled in to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE You have access to fully equipped recreation centers with a variety of exercise options, community swimming pools, library, club houses for indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment as well as immaculately maintained golf courses -- all of which within a short walk or golf cart drive. There also are pickle ball, tennis, ping pong and many other activities within the community (some of them may require a fee). In the mornings and late afternoons you are able to walk from the house along the fairways of the entire golf course. GOLF Private courses: - Tucson, 9 holes - Catalina, 9 holes - SaddleBrooke, 9 holes. We are on hole #9 which connects to Tucson #1 and SaddleBrooke #1 via the driving range, putting green, and club house/pro shop. Public courses (may be privatized in the future): - Preserve, 18 holes - Mountain View, 18 holes for a total of 63 holes. There are many other golf courses within a short drive from SaddleBrooke. TRANSPORTATION Door-to-door airport transportation and errand services are available at reasonable rates in case you don't want to bring your own car or want to skip the rental car. We'd be happy to provide you with recommendations once your reservation is confirmed. Minimum 1 month; longer term preferred. Stated monthly rent is for a 3+ months term, 2 months term at $8,750, and $9,000 for a single month term). Long-term rental available at TBD rate. $300 cleaning fee.
