The Mooshian-Brewer House is a nationally registered historic structure with the Department of Interior. It has original hardwood floors in most areas, is located across the street from Allsopp Park, and is within walking distance of the Hillcrest Kroger, Rebseman Park, UAMS, and even the zoo. A unique feature of this home is that it has two kitchens and two washer/dryer setups. Two individuals can either jointly occupy the entire home or live separately by occupying separate floors with separate access and keys. If you live jointly, the downstairs is perfect for entertaining, you will have a front living room, dining room, large fenced back yard with fire pit, and a rear den. Additionally, both individuals could have a bedroom with a on suite full bathroom upstairs. The back upstairs room is a full studio apartment with a separate kitchen. With an approved application, we are willing to modify this area by either installing a wall or a door between the kitchen and back bedroom. New appliances and hvac systems.
