You can walk a block and visit the many great shops, restaurants, and nightlife spots of Old Colorado City. It also offers convenient access to I-25. Furniture, Wi-Fi, Netflix, trash are included in the rental price. Rent is possible for a period of 1 month (possibly 2-3 weeks) to 6 months. Minimum rental period 1 month. Rent from 1-6 months is possible. Utilities can be paid monthly based on your utility bill or as a fixed monthly fee as part of your lease agreement. The rental price includes trash, as well as Internet/Wi-Fi and Netflix. The home is furnished and includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Smoking is prohibited in the department. Smoking is allowed outdoors in the courtyard or balcony. Everything in the yard is available for the exclusive use of tenants. Parking is provided along the fence in a designated area.
