What we love about the house The views outside the windows are serene and beautiful. There are many places to sit outside and enjoy the beauty of nature, and it's not uncommon to see deer, javalina, and other forest critters outside the windows. We also love that there are spaces outside for summer gardening. The starscape is spectacular on clear nights; and hikes, such as the Aspen Creek Trail and Wolverton Mountain are nearby, Even a walk around the neighborhood brings one in touch with nature. On winter nights, it's wonderful to sit in front of the fireplace for quiet reading or family game night. Owner pays for property tax and HOA.
