The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you'll need. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 65 HD flat screen TV, blu-ray DVD player The master bedroom has a SLEEP NUMBER king size bed (adjust to your comfort level of firmness) wall mounted HDTV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with step-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and HDTV. All linens and towels are supplied, including bath sheets and pool towels. The third bedroom is set up as an office and has a wireless air-print printer (print from your mobile device)/fax/copy. It has a desk, recliner and 50" mounted HDTV. Two (optional) Village resident ID cards are available for an additional $50.00 fee. The Villages is an active adult (55+) community. Not suitable for children. Rental Policy: $1000 Reservation Fee due within 7 days of booking. At move in this will become your refundable damage/security deposit. Rent, tax and $150 cleaning fee due on or before 60 days prior to lease commencement date. If cancelled in writing after final payment is made, Lessor will refund all rent that the Lessor is able to recoup for the lease term. Cleaning Fee will be refunded at 100%. $1000 Security deposit will be refunded no longer than 14 days after the Lease ends assuming any required repairs are complete. Check in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 10:00 May through September $2400/Mo October and November $3000/mo. 7% lodging tax is in addition to above rate
