This cabin will be offered for lease semi furnished on a monthly basis for the winter season approaching. Out of respect for our beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains and the strict insurance requirements which must be met there will be NO smoking or outdoor open fires of any sort anywhere on the property and no charcoal bbq grills, local firebans must be followed.
