(1-12-24) -First Months Rent and pet security deposit (if applicable) required at lease signing -Pet security deposit will be refunded once the home is left in good standing after final inspections after tenants move out -200 Security Deposit for each pet -We will be running credit and background checks on any and all applicants. -NO FIRES of any kind allowed at property -No Smoking -No Hunting The monthly rental price includes all utilities (electric, water, internet, phone) -Garage is off limits -Dogs are allowed. -We will allow up to two dogs. -There is a $200 pet deposit. (This will be refunded once any pet damage is assessed at the end of the lease.) -Tenants will be responsible to pay all pet damages and expenses NON-NEGOTIABLE Landlords will have access to the EXTERIOR of the property to fire mitigate and work on other projects throughout the exterior of the property as needed. Notice will always be given a minimum of 24 hours before arrival.
