The washer/dryer hook-ups are in the basement. (Washer/dryer can be provided for another $75/month.) This basement is also a walk-out garage with the typical 1960ish lower ceilings. There's plenty of room to park a small car, or to have a game table/rec area for the little kiddos - or the big kiddos. The space is air conditioned and heated for your comfort.
