All individuals living in the home age 18 and over are required to complete an application and pass through a Screening Process. 1. Criminal Background Screening for each applicant 18 years or more. 2. Income Level of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount is required. 3.Minimum credit score of 650. 4.Will verify your past and current rental history. Prior evictions will result in a denial. 5. Pets - There is a $450 non-refundable pet fee and a $30/month pet rent, PER PET, with a maximum of 2 pets per household. Current breed restrictions include American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, or Staffordshire Bull Terriers; all commonly known as Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, wolf hybrids, or any combination of these breeds. 6.We do not allow smoking inside of our home. 7. At this time we do not accept section 8. Once approved, the holding/earnest deposit will be due within 24 hours in order to take the home off the market and hold it for you until the move-in date.
