Renter is responsible for water, gas, and electric utilities, trash service, high speed internet, mowing of lawn, leaf cleanup to curb for pickup in fall and snow removal. Any minor damages and repairs need to be reported to owner. Accidents happen and repairs are sometimes needed. If renter is handy and able to do minor repairs, owner is flexible on all situations. Reasonable improvement requests even at owner expense will be considered. Owner wishes to continue property improvements at all times to make property clean, safe, and comfortable for renters. Property manager will make monthly or bi-weekly checks on condition of the outside areas of property and garage loft space. Interior cleaning service is available at renter's expense by established local service if desired for reasonable fee at frequency determined by renter. Service can be entire home or just kitchen and bathrooms if desired. Cleaner has been contracted for over 1 year by owner for all cleaning. Upon move out a cleaning fee is to be determined by condition of home. Home will be left as you found it and cleaner will do walk through inspection with owner to determine necessity of further cleaning. Cleaning supplies can be provided by owner if needed at move out date. If renter is unable to perform landscape maintenance of mowing lawn, leaf cleanup, snow removal from driveway, walkways, decks, and roof, a local service can and will be arranged by owner at renter's expense. Reasonable rates are possible with local high school student who does all of the above if renter would rather not. Owner is reasonable and flexible on all of these requirements. Home must be kept in presentable condition at all times as you see it in listing images.
