Fully furnished. This home has a garage apt in back that is not rented (Landlord/owner comes and goes occasionally) but garden, garage & driveway are for sole use of house. 2 week minimum. No annual rentals. No smoking. We also have other properties in town for rent. Call for details. $7k per week. In general we ask a 2 week minimum, but can do 1 week if we have availability. House is available beginning May 21, 2024. Some discounts may be available for May, June, September rentals.
