Large community pool in the neighborhood, a short walk from the house. This house is only 2.5 years old and kept clean. We have monthly housekeeping, which will continue each month during your stay. Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are quiet and respectful. Owners pay for monthly housekeeping. Renters pay for lawn care and all utilities, electric, gas, and internet. No smoking in the house. Parking - 2 cars fit in the driveway. Plenty of street parking available.
