The home also has a 30 foot by 15 foot movie theater. Your a private dock is in your own private cove which is next to the main channel. 30 miles of mountain bike trails and 9 miles of hiking trails are at you front door with a 36 mile long lake at your back door. The largest of Lake Norman's 2 public beaches is a a 10 minute walk away or a 3 minute drive. Wildlife is ever where with squirrels in the trees and deer grazing in your yard. The quietness will amaze you. This home is available with a one year lease. Renter pays the utilities which include electricity, propane, internet, trash pick up, and landscape upkeep (lawn cut, leaves blown, plant trimming, gutters clean, etc.) The owner can provide the landscape service for $300 per month and a monthly ($500) or bi-weekly ($300) home cleaning service if renter desires. There is a $100 per month pet fee for each animal. The owner can also provide grocery pick up and a personal chef if wanted. There is a $4000 security fee. The home is also available for short term rental for $850 per night plus a cleaning fee of $500 and a pet fee of $100 for each animal per stay. Please contact owner for open dates. A $600 a year fee for septic clean out will be paid for by the owner IF these is NO non disposables in the tank (wipes, tampons, etc.) If non disposables are found the the renter pays for this service. The park has quite hours from 9 pm until 8 am. All smoking should be done outside. The home has a person limit of 10 people.
