Private, end of road, fully remodeled open concept 3 bedroom 2 bath and a separate detached studio on 5 acres with 360 degree views of the mountains. We are looking for responsible reliable tenants that will take great care of our property. You would need good credit and good rental history/references and 3 times the rent combined income to be qualified to rent. It's located about 7 minutes east of Stevensville, 45 minutes from Missoula. It has a gravel one quarter mile driveway. We would be keeping personal use of the shop 100 yards from the house but it would mostly be used for storage and we would notify you when we needed to access it occasionally. Water, septic and garbage are included. Renter pays for gas, electric, internet. Dogs may be considered with approval and additional deposit and pet rent. Renters insurance is required.
