NOTICE: RENTER is responsible for checking heating oil level and ordering oil to assure oil level is at a minimum of ten inches deep in tank; ORDER IMMEDIATELY at ten inches!! Ordering oil may take three weeks to deliver. RENTER is responsible for Bleeding and all other required service by a qualified heating mechanic if fuel oil runs too low and air or debris clogs the furnace. . The house is on a septic system. Only toilet paper, no feminine or personal care products in the commode. Renter will be responsible for clogged commodes. Water is provided by a well.
