House is ready to move in, recently remodeled. new paint, new floor, many upgrades. Be careful from scammers- i never ask any money to come see the house, -nor rent it to people i never met. if someone "ask you to deposit" half money without meeting at the house- call the police right away. I do not require any money to come see the house. after you come meet me - we will do an application (cost 45$). The income requirement is at least 3x the monthly rent in net income (after all deduction and taxes). Batter call- then Text to reach me fast. (driving most of the time- so cant text) If you see it anywhere other than Zillow network- call the police. Beware of the Facebook Scammer- He is not the landlord! He try to pretend to be me- never send any money online ! - i did not publish in Facebook. if you see it in Facebook call the police. NOW!! I never ask money to show the house if you do not see a real person on site- you are going to be scammed! long term month to month
