Great neighborhood. Great condition ready to move in. May include washer and dryer and fridge. Back yard has work done. Carpets only on rooms. Pictures upon request. Does not let me upload to app. Currently live her, but I'm renting due to re-location. Tenants responsible for bills, no smoking in the house, small pets allowed. Renter responsible for maintenance, however with receipt of work done can be deducted from rent. House is in great conditions any damage done will be on tenants expense. Any improvements need to be approved by me. It can be either a 6 month or a year lease.
