This is a wonderful home that overlooks an amazing panoramic view of the James Island marsh. It is newly renovated with an up-to-date kitchen with new appliances and a new bathroom. There are two bedrooms with closets, hallway storage cabinets and a closet and a pleasant separated laundry room. The living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and all of the windows have new blinds. There is also an enclosed area for storage. It's a wonderful location that is close to many restaurants and stores, plus it' only takes about 10 minutes to get to Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. The schools for this area include Harbor View Elementary School, Murray Lasaine , Montessori school, Camp, Road middle school, and James island Charter high school. You will love living in this very peaceful and beautiful location on James Island . PS: A new Aldi's supermarket will be coming to the area and you can reach it from within the neighborhood. The renter will pay for all utilities. We prefer a 12 to 18 month lease, however, we would consider a six month lease. Although we love pets, this property is off limits to them. Lawn care is negotiable.
