Kenai Adventure Cabins, newly constructed in 2023, offers Private Cozy Cabins w/ full Base Camp Amenities. These cabins sit on a 13 acre property and includes a 1,600 sq ft social lodge/bath house called Base Camp. Base Camp is a place to gather and relax! It features double kitchens, a fireplace, lounge chairs, TV, WiFi, gas grills on a covered porch, and in-floor heating. Dry Cabin renters also have keypad access to the Base Camp bath house, which has 7 private bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink along with in-floor heating and free laundry facilities. There is designated parking at each cabin, with some overflow parking space available to accommodate trailers and/or boats. This location is convenient to town, yet private, quiet, and secure. Our Private Cozy Cabins are fully insulated and heated making them built for year round comfort. Choose from 3 configurations of bunk beds: queen/queen , full/full, or a queen loft/desk. Cabins have brand new mattresses and furnishings including a mini-fridge, a shelving unit, black out shades, and a table with 2 chairs. There's a private covered porch, parking next to the cabin, and surveillance cameras on the property. All utilities are included (see details in lease agreement). There are 3 cabins to rent that allow up to 2 dogs per cabin. There are other dogs on property. On site property managers can provide you with linens and cleaning services for an additional fee. Located 10-15 minutes from Central Peninsula Hospital. Available August 15th 2023. $750/mo applies to a three month minimum. Grand Opening Move - In Special! Lease Term is negotiable.
