HOW TO APPLY: Applications are $40 per adult over the age of 18. Application fees can be paid online or in office. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. SCREENING CRITERIA: Requirements for Applicants: *2 years rental references history/Previous Home Owner *Monthly Income of 3 times the amount of the rent *Credit score of 625 or higher MOVE IN COSTS: 25% of the deposit is required to take a property off the market. (If applicant is approved) First month's rent and 75% of the deposit is required at date of move in. The second month's rent will be prorated less the move in days. (Some properties require first, last and deposit at move in.) SHOWINGS: scheduled after your application is approved. RESPONSE TIME: We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. Photo's may not be current, but should be similar. Non-Refundable & Security Deposit Total: $1475.00
