The entire house has been fully repaired, repainted, and renovated! This is a single house that features 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, and 2 car garage. I'm asking for a 24 month lease initially. You are responsible for all utilities, pest control, and renters insurance. Here is the Rental Criteria: Monthly income must be greater than $6000 per month. Proof of employment. - No criminal infractions in the last 5 years. No evictions or judgments from landlords, utility companies, or municipal service providers. 5 years of documented rental or ownership history. Exceptions to these may be granted by requiring a larger security deposit. But the prospective tenant must indicate there are exceptions prior to running a credit and background check.
