D) Applicants' gross monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent. Monthly rent plus applicants' monthly debt obligations cannot exceed 45% of applicants' gross monthly income. E) Criminal History involving a violent crime will be automatically rejected. F) Landlord also DOES NOT accept Section 8.
