We have a 2 plus bedroom 1100 square foot appartment coming available January 1. Two larger bedrooms with a third bonus room. Liarge living room and smaller kitchen. We have recently replaced the carpet in most of the appartment with waterproof vinyl flooring (brown color). The space available for rent is a downstairs (ground level access) daylight basement appartment which is part of a 3500 sq foot home we turned in to an upright duplex that sits on 5.4 acres about 15 min to evergreen college, 7 min to Safeway, 20 min to the capitol, just on the slightly country side of town. The property backs up to 110 thousand acres of state forest lands. Awesome for joggers, hikers, or outdoor enthusiasts. We have a wonderful garden area that is available for gardening with the rental. Rent is 1900 a month and includes most utilities with a cap on electrical (for if the bill gets crazy high). Internet is the responsibility of the occupants. 1st and last months rent and security deposit are required but can be split up over first three months. Month to month lease agreement but looking for longer term tennants. This a non smoking property. Pets might be considered with pet deposit and or pet rent. Upstairs tennant is a single dad that has his two children every other week. They are fairly quiet. We occasionally stay in a room upstairs that has its own entrance to the house. Month to month, utilities mostly included, pets considered with pet deposit.
