Renovation and updating was just completed including a brand new kitchen, new HVAC cooling, refurbished hardwood floors throughout, and freshly painted. Most of the house has radiant floor heating, the remaining areas have radiant baseboard heating. The fireplace is not operable. The house is located on a quiet street 1/2 block away from one of the best city parks in Asheville (Leah Chiles Park). Pet considered. We are looking for a great tenant who will care for this property as if it was their own. The application process will require references, proof of income, and a credit check.
