No parties. Pets considered on a per pet basis with non-refundable pet fee and rent. Parking for four vehicles + boat / water toy trailers. Tenant responsible for security deposit. Rent includes: utilities, Internet, pest control, lawn care, weekly trash removal. Tenant will permit owner and maintenance team access (with 48-hours notice for preventative maintenance and immediate access should emergencies arrive). Tenant approves lawn care team to come every other week during the growing season and the pest control team to treat the exterior of the house every other month all year. Pest control can also treat inside the house as needed / requested by tenant.
