This "little sparrow" bungalow is your perfect home away from home. Spacious & bright, comfortable & cozy, it has all the charm that Black Mountain has to offer. The location is ideal - only 20 minutes to downtown Asheville. In Black Mountain, it is nestled right in between downtown, with it's great food, shopping and art, and Montreat, which hosts some of the best hiking around this area. All utilities and fast wifi included, which also make this the spot perfect for your remote work. This adorable apartment is brand new construction and is perfect for a single person or couple. This home has all the comforts of your own home, with a fully stocked kitchen (including a nespresso machine), books and games to enjoy, along with a large smart TV. Every little thing has been considered in this house - from the ample closet space, to the nice bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with make-up towels. You can enjoy staying in, grilling or cooking and eating meals together in this comfortable space, or take advantage of the great location and easily make your way downtown. There is also a nice yard with a firepit and chairs for those lovely mountain evenings. We do allow a dog. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If you have more than one dog, there will be an additional pet fee. We do not allow cats. This apartment is attached to a larger house but there is no access to the house and the apartment has it's own separate entrance and separate outdoor space to enjoy. This bungalow is fully furnished and includes all bills (electricity, water, garbage, & internet). Dogs are allowed with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250.
